We keep the data only for as long as strictly necessary to handle your request. Once resolved:

- Relationships that result in collaboration or service are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (up to 6 years).
4. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To deliver the website service we work with a limited number of technology providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, in the following categories:
- Web hosting infrastructure provider.
- Transactional email delivery provider.
- Editorial content management platform.
All processors are bound by a data processing agreement and provide adequate guarantees on security and confidentiality in line with the GDPR. You may request the full, up-to-date list of providers by writing to info@farmaciacanales.com.
5. International transfers
Some of the providers we work with are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Transfers are carried out with the safeguards provided in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, by means of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
6. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access to your personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Objection to processing.

- Portability of your data.
- Withdrawal of consent, without retroactive effect.
To exercise them, send a request to info@farmaciacanales.com specifying the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an ID document.
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) — C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), system access controls and minimisation of the data collected.
8. Minors
This website is not addressed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has submitted personal data, please contact us so we can delete it immediately.
